Job Overview

Ace Consortium Inc is seeking a highly skilled and analytical IT Consultant to support clients in assessing, designing, implementing, and optimizing their IT infrastructure and software systems. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, a consultative mindset, and experience advising organizations on technology best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing business requirements and existing IT systems to identify technical gaps and opportunities
  • Designing and implementing software-based solutions to improve system performance and workflow
  • Developing functional specifications, system documentation, and integration plans
  • Assisting in the deployment, testing, and optimization of applications and IT systems
  • Evaluating software platforms, programming frameworks, and emerging technologies for strategic recommendations
  • Advising management and stakeholders on IT system enhancements and technology adoption
  • Conducting technical troubleshooting, performance tuning, and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience as an IT Consultant, Systems Analyst, IT Specialist, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure, cloud technologies, databases, and enterprise systems
  • Experience working with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Dynamics, Business Central), networking environments, and cybersecurity best practices is an asset
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results on time

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with cloud migration projects
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • Certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, or PMP
  • Experience in system integration and API development
